Orioles Drop Fourth Straight Game, Fall to .500

Baltimore Loses to Blue Jays 5-3

Orioles Struggling to Find Consistency

The Baltimore Orioles lost their fourth straight game on Tuesday night, falling to the Toronto Blue Jays 5-3. The loss drops the Orioles to .500 (25-25) on the season.

The Orioles took an early lead in the game, scoring two runs in the first inning on a home run by Trey Mancini. However, the Blue Jays came back to tie the game in the third inning on a two-run home run by Teoscar Hernandez.

The Blue Jays took the lead for good in the fifth inning on a solo home run by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The Orioles had a chance to tie the game in the ninth inning, but they were unable to come up with a big hit.

The Orioles have now lost four straight games and are 6-10 in their last 16 games. They are currently in third place in the AL East, 5.5 games behind the first-place New York Yankees.

The Orioles will look to snap their losing streak on Wednesday night when they host the Blue Jays in the second game of their three-game series.
