Adding a Full-Time Youth Care Specialist

SkyLaunch Innovation Society is excited to announce the addition of a full-time Youth Care Specialist to our team. This new position will provide much-needed support to our youth programs.

About the Youth Care Specialist Role

The Youth Care Specialist will be responsible for providing individual and group support to youth participants in our programs. The specialist will work with youth to develop life skills, coping mechanisms, and healthy relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of youth development and a passion for working with young people. The specialist must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
